Jin Ruidao Rare Earth was established in July 2024, focusing on the research, production, and sales of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials. In September 2024, Shandong Jin Ruidao absorbed and merged Ganzhou Ruidao Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. and Baotou Xinda Magnetic Material Co., Ltd., achieving a full industrial chain layout from raw rare earth materials to magnet products in China’s two major rare earth industry hubs of Ganzhou and Baotou.
